Sunday Roast Menu

Shiitake broth with smoked duck, bok choy, tofu and coriander
Salad of ham hock with caramelised shallots, green beans, black vinegar mustard dressing and a deep-fried quail egg
Kedgeree with smoked haddock, Arborio rice, spinach, parmesan, curry leaves and crispy shallots
Char-grilled English asparagus with goats curd, candied walnuts and salsa rossa
Spiced dahl stuffed tempura inari pocket with aubergine, purple sprouting broccoli, basil, tomato and yellow bean dressing
Pan-fried seabass on sautéed sumac greens and fennel yuzu beurre blanc
Roast loin of pork on buttered spinach with roasted granny smith apple
All served with
Roasted carrots and red onions
Milk chocolate and peanut parfait with salted caramel ice cream and plum jelly
Two scoops of Providores sorbets with Golden Crunch ice cream, spiced pear purée and passionfruit shortbread
Cardamom crème brûlée with roasted pineapple and pistachio ricciarelli biscuit
Dorstone, Berkswell and La Peral cheeses with oatcakes, fig-anise bread and fruit chutney

£33.00 per person for 3 courses plus one glass of wine, and coffee or tea
£27.00 per person for the above but without the wine
