Join Peter Gordon and Michael McGrath from The Providores Restaurant along with their team, Bar Manager Melanie Ellis, Manager Sophie Uddin and Head Chef Cristian Hossack as they cook and serve a delicious four course dinner with canapés alongside some of their favourite wines and vineyards. There will be representatives from each vineyard at the dinner who you’ll get the chance to meet during the evening.
